The beta version of the renewed emissieregistratie.nl can be found at
productie.emissieregistratie.nl
Maps are available again in the beta version. The Top 10 sources function is still under development. For this function, stay on the current website.
Emissions
From here you can examine the emissions in different ways: the national totals,
the emissions per source/activity and the emissions per region in a map. However
the emission-database contains about 100,000,000 emissions. So it’s not always easy
to find the emission of your interest. To help you we made a pre-selection (a Top
10) of the more popular selections of Graphs, Maps and Sources.
Of course you can create your own map or graph by selecting the desired pollutant(s),
year(s), compartment (Air, Water, Soil) and at the tab Sector/activity your emission-sources
of interest. Or you can start with one of the pre-selected Top 10-s and refine its
selection
Important tips:
- To select more than one pollutant or year you can press CTRL when selecting the
values. To select a list of values press SHIFT.
- Sometimes a selection gives no result on the graph or map. In some cases because
no emission source/activity was selected. Or there exist no value for this combination
of pollutant and compartment (e.g. the emission of ozone to water). But in most
cases the emissions are under embargo. See also the embargo sheet for a detailed
explanation.
- There are two ways to download emission-values into a spreadsheet: with the button
‘To Excel’ below the graphic or using the tab ‘Export’. We advice to use the last
option. This guarantees that you download the emissions on one level, that adds
up to the national total.
- This website shows the Dutch emissions into a detailed national categorization of
emission-sources, that fits the international reporting obligations and the national
available statistics, close to the NACE categorization. However for some international
reporting obligation emission-sources have to be excluded. One example is the emissions
from international shipping in the NEC-directive (National Emission Ceiling). For
that reason there are some extra tables under the heading ‘International reporting’.
